I just want to thank anyone who took their time out to keep up with this series even if it was only a week. Means a lot and I hope you were at least able to pull something away from the madness.

“Returning Home” is a blog about understanding how trauma effects the brain, mind, and body, on top of working on getting comfortable in ones own skin.

With that being said, do I think we need to get lost trying to dissect our past? No. But, I do think that it’s absolute necessary to revisit the past—to an extent—and appropriately deal with the past if we ever expect to see growth/change in our lives.
