I couldn’t be more grateful for coming across Ryan Holiday. Flat out, this book was awesome along with his other book, Ego Is The Enemy, which I’ll do a review about in time. A lot of the books that I read aren’t usually the most enjoyable let alone the easiest  to digest, so it’s a refreshing change of pace when I stumble upon someone who is able to get their message across in a way where I don’t feel like I’m struggling just to finish the book. Everything flows flawlessly from beginning to end. Through stoicism, this book is a great way to help shift your perspective from the woe is me attitude to conceptualizing that there is actually benefit hidden in struggle. That with every obstacle you come in contact with, there is a way to grow from it.
